What we've heard about GP access in Swindon

Earlier this year we held our first Spotlight On meeting, focussing on your experiences of GP access. In this report we share what we've heard.

Last year we saw the introduction of an Enhanced Access service, which had the objective of providing more routine appoints via an online service provided by LIVI and Saturday morning clinics. 

Healthwatch Swindon PPG Forum Meeting 27th September

Our Spotlight On meeting, was an opportunity for both the public and health and social care representatives to share their experiences. 

Communication coming out as a top concern, both getting in touch with a GP surgery and knowing what services are available.
