Healthwatch Swindon would like to invite you to join our online feedback session, providing you with an opportunity to share your experiences regarding accessing your GP surgery.
Last November saw a number of practices in Swindon introduce additional appointments both in person on a Saturday morning and through an online platform called LIVI.
We'll be focusing on 3 core questions:
- Has the additional appointments offered, made accessing primary care easier?
- Have you found the new LIVI system easy to use?
- What are your key concerns when trying to access primary care?
