Healthwatch Swindon Quarter 4 Report - 2019/20

Find out about the work we have carried out from January 2020 to March 2020.

We collected 61 pieces of feedback during this quarter, which was 39 less than last quarter.  COVID-19 lockdown started during in quarter 4 and we have received little feedback since then.  This is a trend across Healthwatch nationally.  

Key themes

The key themes which emerged from this quarter's feedback were as follows:

  • Prescription Ordering Direct (POD)
  • Great Western Hospital
  • Ashington House Surgery

We also attended strategic and grassroots meetings across Swindon and worked on various projects, including the Community Pot funded project with the Nepalese Association Of Wiltshire to find out their views on health and social care.
