The online sessions are designed to reach out to young people who are in need of more social interaction and support, with dedicated gatherings for ages 5-7, 7-11, and 11-16.
Each session will have no more than 8 young people to enable the leaders to support anyone struggling and will be based on the five steps to well-being. Exploring the holistic well-being of young people, while incorporating fun activities.
Barnardo's and NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire CCG, will also offer a free resource pack to enable attendees to join in with all of the activities.
