Survey for service families in Oxfordshire
Our colleagues from Healthwatch Oxfordshire are conducting a major survey into the experiences of service families using health and social care services in the county. Find out more.
Are you a family member of a serving member of the armed forces in Oxfordshire? If so, then Healthwatch Oxfordshire wants to hear from you.
They are conducting a major survey into the experiences of service families using health and social care services in the county.
They would like to understand:
- What works well
- What makes it difficult
- If you have had difficulties registering with a GP
- If you have had difficulties finding a dentist
The survey should take no more than five minutes to complete and all information stays completely anonymous. To take part click here.
The survey responses will be analysed and put into a report, which will be published in the coming months.
