Two Swindon GP practices recognised for making improvements

Two Swindon surgeries, Abbey Meads Medical Practice and Eldene Surgery, have received improved ratings from the Care Quality Commission, with each practice now rated as good for the care given to patients.

How do I get a fit note?

From 1 July 2022, nurses, occupational therapists, pharmacists and physiotherapists can legally certify and issue a statement of fitness for work, or informally known as a ‘fit note’.
