The General Data Protection Regulation is coming and we are getting ready.

For the past six years, 2012-18, Diversity Trust and Healthwatch have been researching the health, care and wellbeing needs and experiences of local Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Questioning (LGBTQ+) people.

In 2017 we visited Wroughton and Swindon NHS Health Centres to find out about the services provided, to compare the experience of users, patients and staff with that at other practices and to make practical recommendations about physical aspects.

We wanted to find out if the dental system works for all who use it, as well as speaking to those who are not having their needs met.
