Primary Care Patient Engagement Forum at Abbey Meads Medical Group and Moredon Medical Centre

Are you a patient at Abbey Meads, Moredon, Penhill, or Crossroads medical centre?

Would you like the opportunity to share ideas, review plans, and improvement projects for the surgeries, and engage with other local residents?

Since Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust took over Abbey Meads Medical Group and Moredon Medical Centre in 2019, they have worked hard to make improvements to the services provided across primary care but know that there are still things they can do. 

To help, they have set up the first of a series of Patient Engagement Forums and want to hear from patients and are encouraging them to attend.
