Attending
Space in the meeting room is limited so anybody wishing to attend should register their intention to do so in advance.
Although Governing Body meetings are held in public, some agenda items may be discussed in private.
When this occurs, the Chair of the meeting will politely ask guests and visitors to leave the room.
Confidential items are usually grouped together and discussed towards the end of the meeting.
Questions for the Governing Body
At each meeting there will be an opportunity for members of the public to ask questions related to the agenda items.
However, only questions submitted in writing at least three working days before the meeting date will be heard.
